3. Account Registration & Security

• One account per person only. Any attempt to create multiple accounts will result in all accounts being suspended and any associated bonuses being voided.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Unauthorized use of any sona1 intellectual property may result in civil or criminal proceedings. All rights are reserved globally.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sona1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform, even if sona1 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings, data loss, service interruption, or losses arising from technical failures beyond sona1's reasonable control.

sona1's total aggregate liability to any user for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim. sona1 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely free from technical issues at all times.

By continuing to use sona1, all registered users consent to this dispute resolution process as the primary mechanism for addressing claims or grievances against the platform.
